- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I was happy with this bank until they changed their e-banking software last fall (2013). At that point my e-banking became a nightmare. E-banking is very important to me. That is how the majority of my bills have been handled for the last several years. The new software has very few choices for automatic bill reception. For 6 months I have tried to set up Dish as an autopay on receipt of the bill. It won't work. Some payments double up for a reason I can't figure out. Every time I try to add or delete a payee, some other payee gets paid twice. The software just doesn't work well and is difficult to learn. I gave it six months, but I still can't figure it out. I am afraid I will have to move my accounts somewhere else.By Robert Parker, July 12, 2017
