- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I applied for a personal loan and waited a few days for a response because according to the website I was supposed to be contacted. Well I go in person to find out about the status of my application and they tell me the banker that is supposed to help me "Iliza," just stepped out. I leave my name and phone number, cancel my plans to wait for her call and nothing. I call to urge she call me soon because I will be busy and unable to answer the next day. She calls me, I miss the call but I try to call her back next business day and again she's too busy for me. I tell them, "I don't care who I talk to I just need someone available!!!" Again they promise me she shall call me back shortly. Another day has gone by and no call back. I can understand if you're busy, but at least hand me over to someone else if you can't handle it. It made me feel like I don't matter and my business was not important. Worst service I have ever received from a bank.By Norma Soto, December 12, 2016
