- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Applied for an auto loan some time ago, well it was declined due to some fraud issues on my credit, completely understandable. But I put on the app for them to respond to me by email etc. Instead they decided to not respond at all. Then when I email there VP Brett how unprofessional that was he says "thanks" nothing else, kind of like he doesn't care. I haven't pulled out of the credit union yet but I need to asap. The reason for the 2nd star is the service at the loop 306 branch is always kind, but this branch on main street is a jokeBy renfromr21, April 13, 2017
